The Banquet Division caters to celebrations with family and friends, while the Holiday Division creates memorable events where our guest can spend quality time with their loved one. Our newest passion is the Competition Division where we multiple our talents by giving expiring chefs the opportunity to showcase their culinary creation.  Notbybreadalone Full Service Caterers Chef Wayne and Notbybreadalone have a passion for food but most of all, “We Serve Because You Deserve.”

Chef Wayne received his first training for Notbybreadalone Caterers from his mother Wyolene who taught him to cook and serve food with a fusion of passion and love only a mother can teach a child.

In the summer of 2006, Chef Wayne began his formal education at Delaware Technical Community College in Stanton, Delaware where he Graduated Summa Cum Laude with two Associate Degrees in both the Culinary Arts & Food Service Management Programs.

In 2007, Chef Wayne began a career as a line cook in the Green Room, a fine dining restaurant in the luxurious Hotel DuPont, where he was given room to experiment and create specialty dishes.

Notbybreadalone was birth from Mt. 4:4, which states, “It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” Chef Wayne vowed to serve people by ministering to people thus birthing ministry based catering service in 2009.
